I miss LA more than ever now. This was my cousin’s Trenne from Bottega Louie. This is my favorite dish here since the pasta is basically penne with the consistency of Gyoza/Potstickers that get really crispy on the bottom. Then they put it with kale and amazing short ribs ughhhh so tasty.
MY FAVORITE BL DISH TOOOOO. I CANNOT WAIT TO HAVE SOME IN MUH BELLY.
